Yes 18x74, I made a template and traced it onto the pad. I also noticed they update overstock and seconds on facebook and they had my swim deck pad on sale after liking them for a couple of months.

The process has a lot of steps but is fairly easy. This video is exactly what I did. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rz5WC...eature=related
Got my stuff here: http://www.bottompaintstore.com/blog...apply-gelcoat/
Not sure if that's much help but should be a start.
My neighbor got screwed on an install of some amps and two 12" subs in his new X-25. Long story short to fix it he ended up at Kingpin, based on what I know now and the forum (Mike) he went Exile all the way. They dumped the two 12's, went to a single 13" in a sick enclosure firing down, and glassed in some rails to put an amp board on the outside wall of the boat away from his three batteries. He retained the factory 4 JL 7.7's on the tower and 4 7.7's in the cockpit. Needless to say the system has finally come to life with the Exile's pushing them. My neighbor likes it loud and this had been a total let down until now! A very nice digital JL and digital kenwood amp are now for sale haha.

Pics from Shasta in a little over a week, I'm out at 6am!
Shasta was amazing. Seems no one cares about the air my 9 year old is getting, so what about this: My 4 year old is up!
Attachment 15566
Now I seem to suck at taking pics once I'm having fun but I got a couple. Here is the 1100 filled up. Notice the water in the bag is level and boat is leaning haha.

Getting the wake dialed in has been a learning curve, and with different people/loads its always changing. Its nice to be able to drain and fill while under way. For wake boarding I like the bow sac fairly full and anywhere from 300-600lbs. in each rear locker, always more on the riders strong side.
Attachment 15568Attachment 15569
Those are to show wake, I need better ones of my 9 year old because after a week at Shasta he is wake to wake.
I'm upset I didn't get one of the surf set up. I had a hell of a time getting it to surf. The hull changes in '08 are obvious because I have friends surfing behind newer ones with a lot less weight. So I finally pulled the 1100 out of the starboard locker and put it on the floor next to the seating on the port side. I still was able to use my port pump and hose to fill it due to my superior planning during install (haha). With the 1100 full on the floor it pretty much fills up the entire carpeted area around the stadium seating. I filled the 1100 in the port locker and the bow sac and went surfing, now she surfs! I plan on going out tomorrow and will finally make a point to get pics. Shouldn't have problems leaving my phone on the houseboat!
I am also leaving the trim tab down pretty much all the time to keep the v part of my hull plunged, forgot to add that.
A couple more shots from the lake...

The new Exile setup pounded the x-25! Thanks Brian! We may need fans however...
Teaching the boys how to teak drag
Attachment 15573
Not to be too much of a downer, but are you really teak surfing with those kids? It looks as though you are moving but I could be wrong. I'm hoping it's just a joke.
It's just so dangerous. I didn't think anyone did that anymore, considering the things that could go so terribly wrong...
I would agree. You don't seem to be going fast but still, exhaust fumes and not one of them has a life jacket on. Really dangerous, but you are your own man.
Exactly, my 4 year old is up and no one cares. Thanks for making my point!

Designated driver!
Oh no, the 1500.1 exile blew the JL 13 in the X25, haha! I hope they let him switch to a big 12! A guy this weekend in a red and white B52 was out hitting all of us with one and the 1500.1, he said BrianPDX tuned it. He had four 9's on the tower too, had us all beat!
Love your updates BT.

Thanks we've been using the ish out it! Everything works perfect after 87 hours in 7 weeks, all i did was copy mods you guys did! Fix the swim deck, add a battery and move up, replace carpet, huge amount of ballast, and of coarse a big stereo! Go have fun, good stuff. Replaced the raw water pump, only maintenance issue we've had and did it between weekends :)
Taught three kids how to board today, too bad the season is so short around here!

More August boating in Oregon!
Attachment 15865
@ RCA - funny thing is, in TX you guys dont even use towels.... just get out of the hot tub warm river and geet back to sweating again. CRAZY!
@ BT - Where do you guys go out? I'm sure I've come across your boat before seeing as your local. Remember, tuning a boat stereo is one thing. But operating it to the point of destruction is another. Sounds kinda like the beer commercials dont it. Drink responsibly - I mean play music that way, I mean.. oh hell, turn it up!

We put in at Newberg and run up. I will run down to West Linn too but prefer to swim above Newberg! If you see me or the green and black X25 come say hi, my neighbor will gladly take you surfing behind the 25! He should be a stereo tester, he pushes everything to its limit and beyond! Kingpin gave him a new sub and turned down the 1500.1 a little, they also added a cooling fan for the amps. When the sub quit working we knew it wasn't the Exile equipment that gave up! On Sunday he was able to drain all three of his batteries with his stereo, did I say he goes hard? Its not like he wasn't running the boat either..
When I heard Josh's B-52 on the beach how good it sounded didn't bother me, I figured he had multiple subs so no big deal he was out pounding us. When I saw him that evening at the boat ramp and talked with him I was shocked to learn it was only one Big 12! I was also owning the X-25 out there until he switched to the Exile amps, do you see a theme here? And he hasn't forgotten the beating I put on him since he likes to give me the universal "turn it up!" gesture every time I pull away from the beach now and acts like he can't hear my ish. Payback sucks!
@RCA- We had 100* weather last wed-thurs-fri and by the weekend when I could go out it was 70*! There were two pull out vents under those blankets with the heater on high!

Well, if I still had a 2000 Outback I'd be ordering.

Sad to say I'm done for the year! Great summer in the Supra. No issues with anything.
I've been meaning to mention that if your children have neoprene vests that are rubbing on their chins or anywhere else, switch to nylon! We always thought neoprene was the best until we noticed what they were doing to the kids skin. The neoprene rubs them raw!
I really started to get the wake dialed in this past month. I am going to get a couple more bags. With the 1100 in the locker, 1100 on the floor, IBS full the wave was okay. I added another 500 to the seat and it made a huge difference! I think that's as good as this old boat can do, so I am happy with that. I want to get a couple 750's to play with for next year.
Once I get started on the interior and some other mods ill have more pics/updates. I won't be using it but I will be working on it! I miss Shasta!

Gotta ask Jake - how do you like your tower? If there's one big thing I could change... Although yours looks a little more swept back than mine?
I never liked the looks of it but so many things on my boat are function over form. It is far down on the list but someday...

Well it's that time of the year again. With LBC July 3rd around the corner and a torn apart boat here come a few late nights :). The list goes on but here's a start. Let the fun begin. I still have welding to do. More big holes too. Yummy.

One more long day of buttoning this pig up and it's off to the lake. Once again July 4th will be its shakedown run 130 miles from home. Happy happy.
I will say this has been a cool thread to follow. Love all the work done to the Supra. Looks great. I want to see the interior upgrade for sure. Killer job man.
this thread is awesome BT!! truly inspiring watching you restore that boat!!
Hello beautiful - and welcome back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome Jake.

Another side project was the windshield, I had the frame powder coated and glass tinted.
Thanks for the compliments. It's been a lot of work and a lot of fun. You all make this site the best enthusiast forum I've ever been a member of. Glad we can all share our ideas and experience here, we certainly all have a common bond with our love for these boats.
Can't wait to see yours Berg!
And Newty: what boat do you have? Are you here (at LBC)?
