Highlight of the day was having two squadrons of about 30-50 pelicans cruise by the boat 3-5 feet off the glass. I tried to get vid, but I’m terrible with my camera phone. I totally forgot my new GoPro too.Quote:

They are actually learning really fast. It impressed me. They were already trying to do 360's by the end of the day. Gives me some hope for my 53 year old out of shape self to get out there! Our biggest problem on this lake is the water depth though. This lake was made by a dam flooding the Flint River. Not in a mountain area. There are not very many spots much deeper than 20 feet, and they are not big. You have to figure out where the river channel is. Constantly looking at my depth gauge. I guess we can start learning how to surf in a circle like NASCAR! [emoji1]Quote:
