HLCDs come in 6.5", 8" (includes the hollow-point and knock-off krypts), and 10". Leaving out the soon to be released 9" and 11" HLCD from Kicker, until I know a firm availability date. I typically suggest an 8" or 10, given today's offerings, but for a budget friendly setup, the Kicker KMTS-67 is hard to beat. Best sounding 6.5" HLCD, handles a ton of power for its size class and well built. But again, its still a 6.5" so we have to keep it in perspective.
