Just a thought, If you had the anchor out, why was the light on?
Because someone doesn't know the difference between the anchor setting and the nav setting. I see it all the time and want to yel out at these dufuses "Hey idiot, if you aren't moving your nav light should be off!"Quote:

Who ever told you that doesn't know the USCG laws and is an idiot. Errors like this can cause deadly accidents at night if another boater thinks you're moving when in fact you are not.Quote:
