Was it a direct drive? I've seen a lot of DD outbacks for sale in my area for around 15-18k, and they werent selling.

Ronix wakesurf shaper on ebay:

Based on location, location, location. High demand for boats in this area and the cost of living is also high expecially in the CDA area. That's why I sell here and buy elsewhere. My current boat and motorhome I bought in Portland and when I was looking for a used Mercedes a few years ago the SLC area was very cheap and a big selection.
Looks like its a bit beat up, but might get a decent deal on a used Ronix surf board...

I wonder if the fins are included. I am guessing not?
If I were in the Seattle area I would pick this up in a heartbeat. This is a fun cruiser and really low price. Anyone want to ship it to me? ;)

What a deal on a wake shaper:

If it was the Ronix product that would be a great deal, but that is a knock-off.
Sometimes sarcasm doesn't come through. To me, the Ronix one is an even bigger ripoff when you can get a skateboard ramp for $20.
ahhhh, i'm a little slow this morning :)
Some Phase 5 factory deals, some better than others:

Auction for a 2009 Mobius LSV with supposedly no reserve.....current bid at just over $15k for a pretty decent looking boat

Hard to tell if they fixed where the tower attached and how well it was done. I think it sat for a while. Could be a great project for someone though. Find a V-2 tower and it would be very cool.
biggest question for me is WHY was the tower removed? Damage?
That's weird. What's missing and what's still there doesn't make any sense.
Says the guy who will buy it, slap a tower on it and make 15k on it. :D

I found a pair of Airguide speedometers on Ebay this week for $150 for a pair. They came out of a Centurion that was last used in 2008 and the seller claims they worked back then. One of my speedometers crapped out a couple of years ago with a bad diaphragm so I will replace the guts and use my housing. Classic Boat Works sells them refurbished for $250 each IF they have any available but they also sell new bezels and dials so I know I can dismantle the gauges. We'll soon see if I got the real deal or a zonker.

Don't know if this is legit-- doesn't seem like it-- but WTH??????????
https://valdosta.craigslist.org/boa/...360659658.html
either a scam or it's missing a zero on the end ($45,000).
Going with typical CL scam. Totally generic description and nothing about the actual boat. Way underpriced. No registration numbers on the side, not even shopped out, just not there.
Been on for almost a month. At that price it would have sold.
They are often real boats, (cars, atvs...etc) just ones that scammers take the pictures from a real ad... list a generic and low priced to snag attention. Often never really wanting to scam money and pretend to sell it but just gather your info.
If it seems to good to be true, just copy the text out of the ad and google search that, which in turn pulls up either other fake ads or the possible the original

My reply:
Dude,
I will knock the living s*it out of you with one punch. But, you are not getting off for a measly $30. You have to pay $50 cash up front and a six pack of some decent craft beer. If you deal in good faith then you will see it was well worth it. Well, you will only see stars and blackness but, hey, don't go halfway, right? I'll pound your ass into oblivion so that when you wake up you will be very satisfied. Of course, video is extra.
