To get to our place we have to drive South on Kentucky Springs Road which passes right by that development a little before our turn. The development seems to be coming along further every time we pass. They have the big signs up now, roads are paved and they are having specials every once in a while. That seems the only time to try to buy in. Of course they will probably be happy to make any deal. It is on the hot/private side of the lake. That wasn't for us since there is no fuel and no restaurants. On the flip side you get a longer season due to the plant output. It looks like a nice place but that is really all I know about it. Went to the AWS demo days. Got to try out the Radinn WakeJet which is a battery powered jet surfboard. This is the G1. The G2 is a lot better from what I've heard. It was pretty fun and once I got up, I was cruising around easily.
