I think you have to wait him out. He wants 29,490. With a new engine it's probably worth it but its a few model years old so I would expect it to go around 25K.
The bidding is only up to $13K but the auction still has 9 days left........I have never bought anything that big on ebay but I expect like other things that all the serious bidding will happen in the last few minutes/seconds.
I would be ready with your best offer when the bidding winds down and jump in if the price is still within your range.

The platforms are too wide, and I think the plates hit in the 'up' position. I think you can raise it up to clear the plates. There is a thread somewhere on here that shows the issue.Quote:
