well, havent been on this site in a while, got me a new truck over the summer, figured i post up some pics.
2008 sierra 2500
has a duramax, 4" straight pipe, banks cold air, edge evo race, trans go jr., mag-tec diff and trans pans, ppe trans cooler, some other stuff. its fun to drive. and yall know i had to attach the pink fitness pole to it hahahaa

Haha, parking lot looks bigger than it is. We have a fence 15 ft to he left of that picture and concrete stops 20 ft behind the truck. Doing a full circle isn't possible.

Wish me luck, Just sold my 2013 RAM 2500 Diesel and am picking up a 2015 RAM 1500 Hemi. I wanted to go with the new EcoDiesel but it just does not have the towing power needed with it's small 3.0L engine. I know I will not be able to pull the boat up hill doing 80, however am hopeful to still get decent MPG and a decent towing experience. Anyone tow with a Hemi and have insights? Will post pics soon.
We have a 2012 RAM Crew Cab Hemi and tow an Outback w/ tandem axle trailer. Average mpg ranges between 15 (w/ trailer and boat or stop/go city driving) and 23 (highway w/no load). We live at sea level. Pretty much all level driving. Recent addition to the truck is a TruXedo tonneau bed cover. Well worth the money. We enjoy our RAM. Lots of room and comfortable ride.

have a 2011 hemi 1500 myself, 17k now on it, towing in flat Florida, Alabama, Georgia at 70-75 mph and I think I average about 10.5-11 mpg. Recommend air bags in the rear coil springs to help with the squat you will have. I think the motor is plenty for towing a lsv ,as I have towed up over 80mph with no issue other than watching the gas gauge drop fast at that speed. Love the ride the truck has
Picked it up Thursday, have not towed the boat with it but it sure can handle the hills when empty. I did go for the factory air suspension so we'll see how that does once the boat is hooked up. Mountains near by have received over 15" of wet dense snow with more on the way, seems like winter will go into June for us this year.

I got to agree with you there. Yeah, I have a residential subdivision lot and I timed myself the other day and I was able to pull off mowing the front and back yards in like 10 to 15 minutes.Quote:
