Well as much as the flooding is driving me crazy that we can’t get on the water, this view makes up for it a little bit.

Great pics! Really was hoping I could take the fam out today before my wife’s surgery on Tuesday which will put her out for weeks, but the 20 mph winds will make for a stressful day, so we are land locked this weekend. Y’all have fun!
Heres the last pic of the day and its not a good one. Cross wind got the port side into the pole on the trailer and the end result is not pretty

My buddy is gonna repair it but it really got into the gelcoat. Just sucks. Should have it completed next week if I am lucky. Am I the only person who feels like they cant have anything nice without some awful thing happening to it?

Beautiful weather all week, trash weather today. Had a break in the storm's and got out for about an hour. So glad we did, my son stuck his first air 180. And then his 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc....
That's awesome!

We went out this morning. My son and one of his friends got some pretty good surt time in. But I hear you on the wind. It was brutal and made for a lot of work. Pushing the boat every where and making white caps and spray. Beautiful sun and sky. Temperature good, just strong persistent wind!

Our weather is 82 and absolutely beautiful. The lake jumped up another 4ft. Suppose to crest tomorrow. They already canceled our normal campsite next weekend so had to book our back up. Highly doubt we’ll be able to get on the water until Memorial Day at this point [emoji26]

Spent a few hours yesterday cleaning and polishing. She had thousands of those tiny embedded/baked-on water spots that most people would never notice (hard to see unless the light/angle is just right) that will not come off with any of the water spot removers I’ve ever tried.
After washing and wiping down with IPA (50/50 alcohol & water) I polished with the DA with orange pad using 3m’s marine polish with wax. Today I’m going to topcoat it with meguiars flagship marine wax, then onto the interior.
Btw I should have used just a compound or polish only instead of the 2in1. The wax in it made it more difficult to remove, but it’s what I had on hand…

Uniontown....water is still cold but have to get past those break in hours somehow.
Boat looks good. I like the tri-color hull
Nice!

Slick looking ride!! Mine as well get the break in hours done while the water is frigid.
Our flooded lake is finally slowly starting to drop. Came down 2 ft in 2 days but still a long way to go. Still at 22.5ft high. Its too bad we cant send some of this water out west where you guys need it.
for real!!! this month has been cold and wet, which sucks because last year i was on the water mid- april a couple days ... but ill take a late start if it means a longer season.
either way, reservoirs are way down and i dont see that changing much, even with the extra rain.
Thanks. Ya I’m planing on being in the boat all weekend playing around with everything. Just got my gear in. Only thing I miss from the old mojo is the big cooler under the seat.

Nice Larry! Hoping to meet up with you guys again this year, your son can show me how to ride! lol
Did a few quick mods this past week. First up was installing some nets in my rear sundeck above the ballast bags and above the engine. I am using the one above the engine to hold my ropes and I throw my wet life javket in there to warm it up. Works amazing! https://i.ibb.co/mhT9FDk/20220511-085837.jpg
https://i.ibb.co/kqh6t1w/20220513-230845.jpg
Next up was installing a taller seat for my wife. She constantly complains about the seat being too low. I bought the 15 in seat post which is way taller than necessary. I installed it for a trip out tomorrow but I plan to cut it down some later this week. Its nice to see over the windshield. But this height is rediculous. https://i.ibb.co/Yt224Wb/20220513-223043.jpghttps://i.ibb.co/q045ZNG/20220513-223446.jpg
The last mod was adding this cuholder so my wife doesnt have to reach way down low to get a drink. So I bought a cupholder to bring her drink up closer. Have to grab some longer screws in the morning to be able to mount it up. Holes are all drillen and countersunk to prevent gelcoat cracking
Looks great, but not sure I'd put nets above the engine. X-treh marine makes an engine ready that works great. I have 1.
You sure Xtreh is still in business?
I looked at Xtreh last year but bought the factory engine cover tray for the 18+ mojo and made it fit.
The website didn't work and Facebook page was not updated.
