We just had our first small get together down here in Texas and just thought I would share a few pictures. We had two Moomba's and one Supra in our group and we could not have asked for a better place to ride. Bethy Creek - Trinity River, Texas.

This place is probably one of the best places in Texas to ride. It is nice to get out with some people and just enjoy the water for the entire weekend.

Nikon D7000
85mm f/1.8 Prime lens
Shutter Priority 1600

Had to piece it all together and I did it fairly quickly - it could have came out a lot cleaner if I would have taken my time.

Thanks! I know some people don't like HDR but it all depends on the subject you are shooting IMO. I think in this case, the pictures came out fairly nice.

David, I don't have any pictures of you riding. I was driving when you rode - which driving + picture taking is a bad combination - ha.

im pretty sure cory and micheal do!

and for all you northerners the water was a brisk 91 degrees!

Ohh god I'd be sick to my stomach on water that hot, only thing I have that hot is my coffee and the water comming out of my exhaust

Some of those pics are amazing, very well done! You should take the pics for the Moomba Catalogs! I especially like the one pic of the Blue Moomba (rdlangston's LSV), very nicely enhanced!

Our lake got to between 95 and 97 this summer... Its just hot... and wet!

yesterday after the jame ended we cruised by the lake house and the wate right out front there was scorching hott. it was only like 3 inches deep for about 10 yards and it almost kind of burned your feet to get into.

heidi took some good videos on her iphone of some people riding but it took a dunk in the lake sunday night so they are never to be seen again.
