'08 Outback V steering wheel & throttle arm extender

Hi all. I just purchased an 08 outback v last month and I am noticing that it's pretty difficult to drive in the standing position because the steering wheel and throttle arm are pretty low and I have to bend down quite a bit to get to them. My previous boat was an 07 centurion and the interior was deeper so I didnt have any problems there. My issue with not being able to stand on the moomba is that the lake I'm on can get pretty rough and also frequently has wood debris, so I need to be standing to see and react to what's in front of me whether its large waves or something I don't want to hit.

Is anyone aware of any type of kit sold that would extend the length of the steering wheel and/or throttle arm to make it a bit longer? Steering wheel is less of an issue than the throttle arm but still not great.
