Actually, the executive order is watered down enough for legal noncompliance. It is more a recommendation with the use of the word "should." So summit that mountain, ride that trail or boat on that lake without being fined for not wearing a mask.
Wording:
"other individuals in Federal buildings and on Federal lands should all wear masks, maintain physical distance, and adhere to other public health"
is this something in place or going in place?
we boat on mead and it's federal land. no issues with masks and were never asked at the launch nor the guardshacks to get into the park. guys in the booth were not wearing them last year when we boated.
It came out today. There is more there but that part applies to Federal facilities and federal contractors.
