Audio/Amp Setup Guidance/Recommendations

Trying to plan out my audio upgrades for the offseason. I have decided I will replace my in-boats with the Kicker 45KM654L 6.5" speakers (65W @ 4 Ohm), which will be powered by my existing JL M6600 amp, and I've recently purchased a Kicker 10" sub (150W @ 2 Ohm) to go under the helm. Also, I think I have decided I will replace the existing Roswell 6.5", 4-speaker pod with (4) Kicker KMTC8s (150W @ 4 Ohm).

The trouble I'm having is what amp(s) I should get to power the new tower speakers and sub. I'd prefer to not have to buy two amps, but I'm not seeing much out there with enough power for the tower speakers, much less any left over for the sub.

Any recommendations from the audio gurus out there?
