can't speak to the craz BUT I did this on my last boat and looking to do with the current boat.
all I did was pull power off the distro block under the dash(assumption is most boats have this as both my tige and supra did), run it to a toggle that I installed in the dash(with a fuse just off the power buss) and then run that power to the deck disconnecting the factory power. since this brand of boat was integrated into the display screen I also added a second wired puck at the helm to control it while the power was off. not sure if the craz has an audio display on the dash or not.
there are probably more direct ways to do it but I liked having the toggle on/off as a reminder to shut off the stereo when retrieving the boat for the day so I didn't leave it on and drain the batteries.
I don't know offhand but can snag a pic this weekend.
And yes...all of my audio power, amps & headunit, are tied to the toggle switch.
It's nice when you decide to take a break, you can shut off the motor without interrupting the tunes.

IIRC, a 2016 would have the Fusion MS-RA205 head unit. This unit has a red switch IGN that you need to relocate from the ACC position on the back of the key switch, so an ACC rocker. Most unused ACC rockers are already pre-wired with a constant 12V.
The amps are triggered on by the head unit. So if the heads on the amps are awake. Turn head off, amps go to sleep. The 12V supply to both the amps and helm, should be run through the main battery switch. So main switch off, everything powers down.
I just used constant power for my head unit and just use the button on the head unit to turn it off and on
Mine is wired to the farthest left toggle switch. Up turns on the radio, which from the factory would have been the heater on high (plenty of amperage).
