As much as I understand peoples dislike of wake boats, this guy is going to run up against the wrong wake boat owner and end up in jail or dead.

It's a felony so taking their guns away should be a driver not to vandalize. Since that is an action normal people don't do, they would be a candidate for psychological evaluation.
