OZ tower racks

Guys, I am having some trouble. Has anyone installed factory swivel racks for the OZ HD tower to the upper mounting point? The mounts are the exact same, but the spacing is not the same from the lower mounts to the upper mounts. The factory racks are about a half inch to an inch away from clearing the tower. The dealer didn't have an answer, I have also reached out to Skiers Choice and XTP. I could run some spacers and longer hardware, but I can't be the first that's ever wanted 4 racks on an OZ tower. Any help or guidance is appreciated.
