Surveyors or Mechanics in Tennessee?

I'm looking for a boat surveyor or mechanic interested in inspecting a boat I am looking into buying. It is on Boone Lake in Johnson City, TN. Here is the Craigslist post. https://knoxville.craigslist.org/boa...276256977.html

I am told it is clean and in good condition but I haven't seen very detailed pics or information. I have never owned or been around anyone with an inboard so I'm sure you guys would know more of what to look for than I would. I am about 7 hours away so I haven't seen it in person yet.

I would be more than willing to pay for your time in exchange for an honest professional opinion. Detailed pictures and sea trial would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
