Buffing scratches out of black wakeboard tower

I have a 2012 Moomba Mojo 2.5 with the black wakeboard tower. It has a shiny finish. This past weekend, I had the genius idea to put a flag up. Long story short, the clasp scuffed up the tower. It didn't get into the paint but took the shine off/clearcoat. Any recommendations on how to buff/shine this out?

Well it's prob powdercoat. I've never buffed it, but sure it's a lot harder than clear coat
