Loose Wire

2000 Mobius V with a 330HP MPI

I recently noticed 2 wire hanging loose around the engine

The first is at back left of the engine (passenger side) it's a single Brown wire with a white tracer, a blue female bullet connector on the end & a white label "H5927"

The second is at the front right of the engine (drivers side) it's a single Brown wire with a white tracer & round wire terminal no the end

Could someone tell me if these should be connected to a sensor or similar.

Any help would be great
