Parts delay from Skiers Choice

What is the normal wait times you have had for getting parts for you Moomba? I have been waiting over 8 weeks for a part for my tower. My dealership tells me this is normal. I previously waited 3 months for replacement gauges.
Getting frustrated with this as my boat has been sitting outside at the dealership since Sept 12th.

I can't fathom why it would take as long as it does. My boat was supposed to be in the shop for 2 weeks tops and we're going on 6 weeks as of today.

seems excessive, the few times I have had to get replacement parts was only a 2-3 weeks.
