Oil change in a 1998 moomba

I just recently purchased a 1998 moomba with a indmar 5.7L. The block was changed in 2007 due to poor winterization. Since I have owned it the oil needs to be changed and I was curious as to which oil is best to use and which is the easiest and quickest way to change the oil.

I run 15w 40w

2005 mobius lsv 2900lbs ballast

I use shell rotella 15-40 dyno oil.
