The Chicago Shannon Rovers Pipe Band made an appearance at a swim meet yesterday. It was a complete surprise and real treat. They marched on deck from a doorway at the deep end of the competition pool and proceeded to the floating bulkhead. Here they stopped and played four songs. They marched off the bulkhead and completed the circle around the deck playing the tune to "You're a Grand 'Ole Flag." Very cool!
