How many of you have had problems with your speedos?

How many of you do something to stop the wheel from spinning while you travel?

I sure do appreciate all this info. I am leaving for a trip from Houston to Austin this Thursaday and the last thing I would have thought about is the speedo. Yellow, I wish I could reply to your poll, but I can't say that I had thought of this. I do travel approx. 140 miles every other weekend and you can bet, the speedo will get extra attention due to reading these posts.

What about those of us who do travel long distances, dont do anything to stop it and havent had any problems?

Our moomba came with a paddle wheel plug. Youjust unscrew the speedo and screw in the plug.
