Congrats!!!!! I checked the protocol manual and, just so you know, new Senior Members are supposed to treat moderators to Yeungs and wings!

Well thanks to all , I feel better now. Leaving for Colorful Colorado thursday after fun in the sun here in AZ. It was great to have some last minute lake time in warm water.
Jim.

Hmmm, potential, yes. We like to call it heart attack friday, or cholesterol night. Deep fried everything. Although steaks over open fire never hurt.

I guess he made it, didn't he? Now he's on to the wings & Yeungs for moderators level.

That reminded me of an article I read in the last few days. I had noticed that the grocery price of chicken wings is WAY up there for what you get. The article said that the demand for wings is so high that the wholesale cost of chicken wings is higher than it is for boneless, skinless breasts. The boneless, skinless breasts used to be the most expensive cut of chicken you could buy. So, now, establishments are pushing "boneless wings" which are really just sauced up strips of chicken breast. The reason? It's cheaper to serve the best part of the chicken than it is the wings. Anyway, I'm sure I speak for all the moderators when I say that we will accept boneless or reguar wings with our Yeungs. Just make 'em spicy buffalo wings.
