1st sound check: Tower Speakers

Rode behind the boat today and it's pretty hard to hear the speakers. I've got a 2 speaker setup. By the time I can finally hear it ( number 23 ) my wife and kids says it's too loud in the boat. Is there away to adjust the speakers or do I need to add another set?

Need more information, what's your setup? Head unit? Amp(s), speakers? Wiring?

Thanks for responding Razz its still the stock set up I haven't touch it yet. Kenwood stereo, 2 amps, 6 kicker speakers inside the boat and 2 additional on the tower. Wiring I couldn't tell ya.

Try the front to rear fade first on the head unit, it should be setup front speakers/front channels and tower speakers/rear channels. Who knows could be reversed though.
