Couple of buddies and myself got together a few days ago to try to "catch a wave". We had tried before with less ballast and a different board without much success. This day was different . I have a '05 Supra 21V that we were on. I took my front bag at 650 lbs and moved it to the right rear. We then took a ski locker bag from a '06 Mobius LSV and put it in my front (wt unknown..guessing around 400 lbs). Then took a 250 lb bag and filled it 1/2 full and set it in the back right hand corner seat. Perfect pass was at 2300 rpm and wake plate at the half way point (also had a 200 lb body sitting on the back right corner). So between the ballast and the person on the back right...we had around 1375 lbs. This is the wake we ended up with...pics don't do it justice. It is by far the best wake we have created to date. Needless to say, we all 3 were able free ride :D. Can't wait to add more weight and do it again. I think were all addicted to wakesurfing. Any wake enhancement input would be greatly appreciated.

The Mobius ballast bag was from my LSV. That was a fun ride. Taking his Supra bag for my LSV today to ride the Mobius wave. Will see if I can recreate the wave. Will post pic when we get off the lake.

Looks better every time I see it. A bunch of us are contemplating a trip there next June/July.

Lake is beautiful! Visibility in water during peak use months is about 10 ft and about 25 ft in non-peak months. in July surface water temp is about 85 degrees. Hard to beat this water.

You are absolutely right. I wasn't sold before but those pics did me in. I'll be there. I know Stacy was lobbying for Dale Hollow too and was probably headed there with or without us so I'm sure he's in too.

Well, when we get a little closer you can throw out the dates that work for you and we'll go from there. I'm pretty flexible in the summer time in that I can usually go whenever. I don't usually take time around 7/4 when everybody else wants to take extra days. But I love the weekend after that (as you know). I have no idea what Sled's schedule will be but I'm sure if you can work it out between you two I'll be able to make it too. It would be great if we got 4-5 more families to come too.

I wouldn't worry about that. It'll be all over these boards. Would be great to meet some of you guys from the area though. Nothing like guys in the know to show you the lake.
