I have a 2000 Outback and the wake washes out if the boat is not perfectly balanced. Even when the boat is balanced, the wake will wash out when the rider cuts out. Does anyone know of a way to fix this such as a wakeplate or something like that?

Weight.

The wake will always wash on the side opposite of the way the boarder is cutting.

Your Moomba is one of the better boats for not rolling over the wake compared to alot of other boats mostly because of the 95 inch beam. There are a few 50-60k boats that are much worse about that.

Sounds like your wakeboarder is doing a slalom skier cut trying to jump the wake with alot of speed instead of loading the line. The rider should review using a progressive edge. Best advice is use a video camera to show the rider they are pulling very hard 15 feet out and 3 feet before they hit the wake the board goes flat with little load on the line. This hard pull 15 foot out rolls the wake over. The right way is to slowly build the edge toward the wake and edging all the way thru the wake with alot of tension on the line as you go up the wake. This is what get you the pop off the wake not speed. Think of it this way, when your pulling hard 15 feet outside the wake, one can easily roll the wake over. Its almost impossible to roll the wake over when you pull hard right behind the boat. Its just a timing thing

Again use a video camera it really helps. Good Luck
