07 LSV Dripless Packing

I have an 07 LSV with a DRIPLESS PACKING....please help and I am seriously leaking through the blue rubber coating....I have searched on here and all the packing seal replacements have not been for dripless packings???

If its an 07 and leaking like that, take it back for warrenty work. ALso my understanding is that there would just be a jamb nut that would need to be tightened.

the dripless setups don't have the jam nut/packing. They seal around the shaft and special couplings with hose clamps. There's also a water cooling line attached. Check the clamps as well as the cooling line.
