tweaked my tower

I tried to lower the tower on my Mobius by myself and somewhat dropped it, now it is very difficult to match up evenly with the holes in the mounting bracket. Has anyone found a way to lower the tower without help? I can raise tower alone. Any suggetions on "untweaking my tower?"
By the way, I have four speaker cans and a light bar which does add considerable weight when lowering the tower. Thanks Jim

hi, first time i undid my rear bolts one side didn't match up with holes exactlyand was a bitch to get the bolt in. the dealer was too far so i took a larger diameter pipe so a towel could wrap around tower leg inside and bent leg so as to line up. took measures between cletes so i knew when i was there. i only had to bend it about 3/8 of an inch.
Its been fine for 3 yrs now. i have a 99 outbackls c ballast
