does any one have the kenwood kts-mp400mr cd player in there boat?what do you think about it and can you hook up aeware wired remotes to it thanks

I have one in my boat and it works fine for me. And yes you can hook up 1-2 wired remotes to it. www.crutchfield.com has the wired remotes...

I have it and it's mediocre as far as heads go. I have had other kenwood models that are much superior in looks, ergonomics and overall sound, but it's ok.

wish the wired remotes were compatible with a wider range of kenwood heads. there's others that would be a much better choice imo and if you are careful, water resistant really isn't a dealbreaker for the head.
