I do not have a manual, but found one online, and it suggested a penzoil marine 15w-40 or a 10w-40 high grade auto oil with API classification of "SE".
The boat stores in my local area do not support the moomba engine, as I have been to them previously in search of parts, to no avail. There may be a boat a bit further away.
I looked at other stores that sell auto oil, but couldn't find the classification they mentioned in the online manual.

So, what oil should I purchase, and where?

thanks

You can download a manual from this site. Look under Community>Downlaods. Page 34 says use 10W30 or 20W40 "SF" but the lubrication chart on page 43 says use 10W30 or 10W40 "SE", "SF". Page 42 lists the available engines and oil capacities.
