Steering Question

03 Outback. Steering stiff at low speed but easy at high speed. Looked over cable from rack to rudder and all looks ok. Rudder lubed without change in symptom.

Is it time to replace the steering cable/rack? If so, anyone know the part number? Thanks.

Just got my new cable from skidim.com I got the ssc13418 cable. Their part number Was 121805. I have an 02 Outback LSV. It came just like in the picture they have. The are very helpful if you have any questions.

Make sure you have grease in the rudder port.
