It seems, unfortunately, that one of the most asked questions regarding service and repair on our Moombas is in regard to the steering cable. Some are asking were to purchase. Some ask about the part numbers. Some ask how difficult it is or how to do it. Anyway, I'm suggesting that one of the moderators of the panel, or anyone who can post "stickies" on the forum, post a comprehensive message on the part numbers, indications when the cable needs changing, and instructions on how to change it. I changed mine on my '04 LSV based upon what I read on this message board as have many of us with boats of that age. I thank the guys who have posted instructions and pics, now lets give them even more credit and post their efforts as a sticky.
