Pump broke

My front ballast pump broke completely off, not sure if the bag hit it and broke? Will Skiers Choice cover this under a warranty or would any dealers?.? This looks like the discharge pump, its in the front locker. I just started filling/ using bags last weekend and they sure are slow to fill and drain(08 XLV Grav III) Since I need a new pump I should prob upgrade to a faster one-correct?/Thanks

Upgrading a discharge pump will not help you fill, only drain.

There is an extensive post on this forum regarding upgrading your ballast system, if you are interested in an upgrade, I would find that post.

As far as warranty, it more or less depends on your dealer's willingness to cover it, as it is not a warranty item, but if your dealer feels he needs to extend that service to you then he might.

A pump is pretty cheap, and pretty straight forward replacement.
