Does anybody know what size the fuel cap for a 05 LSV is? Where to buy the V drive compartment handle/lock?
We have had some vandalizing in the neighborhood so I figure I play it safe and lock my fuel tank and replace my damaged v drive compartment lock.
Any other suggestions for security solutions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

WOW that just sucks to hear your getting vandalism. A boat is a beautiful woman walking down a dark ally full of unsavory dudes, Shes begging to be mis treated.

The best thing is to get her indoors, storage or a garage. With all the interior exposed the fuel and engine are not the easiest thing to attack and piss you off with.

As for locking caps and such i saw a thread on locking fuel caps a bit ago, might do a search for it. Locking engine compartment locks. not sure exactly.

Just sleep inside your boat one night with a big stick. It is sad that you have to keep everything locked up becasue people do this. There was a thread i would like to say in November about locking gas caps that had some really good posts in it.

I'd use my AR-15 as the "big stick." :p

That is a big stick and i would hope people would get the idea to stay away. Just so you know the cops do not like it much if you shoot people with a paintball gun when they are on your land.
