Anybody have any ideas why my ballast bags wont empty all the way. It seems that they stay about a 1/4 full.

To totally empty them you need to do one of the following:

Drain them parked on a incline where the bow is higher then the stern.

Drain them with the front part of the bag lifted up so water goes to the back of the bag.

Drain them with the boat on plane and the bow lifted up. When a bag stops draining turn off the pump and switch it back on.

1 and 2 give me the best results
