Today a friend and I actually managed to get up before 9am when the water was still calm and taught ourselves to wakesurf and use PP properly LOL. We didn't use the ballast at first when we were learning, but filled up the rear corner and half the front after about an hour of practice. It was something different for sure, was nice to be able to talk to the driver haha. Rest of the day it was so rough we just swam & tubed. We all had a blast for sure, will be doing some more surfing soon. Here's a few i-phone pics from the day that my friends GF was nice enough to pass along...

And for the ultimate rough water experience, my fiancee and her sis flying on the tube w/ some beyonce blaring lol...

Well it was the only 70in I could find that was a true donut type tube, the rest were like 64in or flat topped. It was luck that it was neon green :D - great tube by the way, I've had a few before and this one is TOUGH. It's an obrien le tube deluxe.
