I am trying to order a bimini for my 2005 Outback with a New Dimension Tower. What is the appropriate size Sunbrella Bimini to order? I have already ordered one that I had to send back because it did not fit. Can anyone help with this?

I'm not sure what kind of bimini you have or want but I have some new information. I'll start a separate thread about it.

Lots of owners are going to "over" tower biminis instead of "under" tower biminis. I don't think they look as good in many cases but they do give you more head room and can offer more shade, especially with aftermarket towers that narrow significantly at the top. I modified my old bimimi to go over my tower and then crafted my own clamps to attach the bimini to the tower. A few months ago I ran across a gentleman that makes his own barefoot boom clamps. His workmanship is outstanding. I asked him to create some decent affordable bimini clamps. The result can be found here (you may have to look for seller's other items):
