I have two inland surfboards. The red one at 64” and a yellow one that is much shorter. No one can ride the yellow one (finless for years, I just put them on last fall) - and the red one is always on my buddy's boat. He was supposed to buy the yellow one to match his boat. But I digress. Most everyone can ride the red one, the kids better than the adults.
I also have a CWB tsunami surfboard, which according to overtons.com is 59”. I think they have lengthened that board from the version I have. I have an 2006.
I am considering buying a CWB ride at 63”. $299 with Overtons 10% off catalog gets me to a price of $270. The Inland red Woody 66” is $550. Trick Boardz has a Mojo 55” for $254.
So, do any of you surfers want to swear by the Mojo? I know Larry supports the jamborees, but I have enough “adequate” surfboards. I would like one that just about anybody that can get up, can ride.
Basically, I need a board for the wives and the smaller wake of my 05 LSV (the 22’ Supra is the surf boat of choice).
Suggestions?
I know Larry has a sale now & then. Have I missed it?
I also want a T handle. The mini-handle spends too much time between people’s legs and I do not like that.
We are also going to get item 12999 as our yearly tube buy, as well as 19314, 14208, 30658, 23847 and 74189. It is time for the spring shopping spree. Save America! Spend like Uncle Sam.
