Replacing factory sac under rear seat

Hey I have a 07 outback, and i was wanting to replace my old factory sac with a bigger sac. I've been looking at the fly high 750 20x20x50 sac but I'm thinking I'm going to have to do additional pluming. I was wondering if y'all thought this sac would fit w/o additional plumbing or what sac would y'all recommend. I'm going to put the 400lb factory sac in the bow walkway. Advice is appreciated.

Limi, I dont think you will need to do pluming if you allready had a bag plumed in, but may have to lengthen a hose a little.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I don't want to lengthen the hose. Ideally I would like to fill all the space under the seat with a sac w/o lengthening the hose, and I don't mind if it sticks or even touches the engine shell.

That 750 is a big sac. It should fit there, but your back seat would proabably have to stay in the sun deck configuration or just removed. What size is the current sac? Is it about 400#? Is it similar is size to the W704 Fat Sac? You might could swap it for the W705 Fat Sac and leave the seat in place. It weighs about 650#.

Yah I have the 400lb sac w704 or similar. I was looking at the w705 but I was reading some reviews and two of them were by moomba owners who complained that I didn't work with their oem ballast setup b/c the valves weren't located like they were in the picture. Instead of on the sides, they said they were placed on the top in the middle. Maybe high fly fixed this problem I'm not sure. I will probably have to give them a call. I was just hoping for some more input from DD owners

I have Fly High 750's in the back of my XLV. The fittings are at the end. They lined up nicely with the existing hoses. They also have a fitting on top at the other end, which is handy for burping the bag.

I found them to be overkill for wakeboarding. I never fill them completely. I guess that if I were to try wakesurfing, having one full would be handy.

My original rear sacs were 250's (or maybe 275's) with the Gravity III system as shipped in 2005. The Gravity Games rear sacs would have been 500 lbs.

I say that the 750's are overkill because they overweight the stern. The wake gets too sharp and washes over a bit if they are full. It's the center/bow that needs more weight. I later installed a 1000 lb center sac to match the GG version. It's still just barely enough to balance out the rears when they are 2/3 full. The wake is great when there are two adults in the bow, so I am considering plumbing another hose and sticking one of the original 250's under a bow seat.

Does anybody ever use launch pad as fat sacs? I was wondering what their fittings are like and how durable they are.

had 3 launch pads with the last boat and did not have any problems, now have flyhigh bags. night and day difference to me in how thick they feel. highly recomend the flyhigh's

Hey Ed, If i wanted to put the 750# sac under the seat and move the 400# up front would i have to change the fittings on the sac? I know the tsunami pump has twist lock while the moomba ballast is the quick snap. I ordered the sac already but I am away from home so I can't look at my boat at the current time being.

yes you can swap fittings on the bags-i think they put some sort of locktight on them-may be alittle hard to get out,but i have swapped several and never had any fittings leak after.

Put that 750# sac in the bow for now a what a world of difference in the wake, me and my buddies were flying high at 75' 22-24mph. 80degree weather and 70 degree water. You have to love Texas.

I need to extend my plumbing though since i want to put the 750 sac under the seat. I was wondering what type parts and houses I should buy?
