list items you found to be a waste of money or that did not work.

I bought a battery powered oil changer-the kind that aligator clips to the boat battery, unless the oil was hot and thin it would not get it all out and was slow, damm thing actually burnt out on me.

Probably would never need these due to the boat guides on the Moomba trailer but my old boat didn't have them. I couldn't see the trailer at all without the boat on it. I bought those stupid magnetic orange things that are supposed to help you see it back there. They didn't work worth a dang. I think the force of the trailer moving through the water was enough to break the cheapo magnets fee. Don't let anyone you know buy those. I think I donated them to Goodwill and took the deduction.

waste of money:

Jazz 1.3 MP Underwater Digital Camera for about $35

Get the Olympus, I love mine!

Back on topic, I don't think I've gotten anything yet that was a waste of money - except for the mushroom anchor that I lost to the bottom of the lake gods.

Just need to invest in some scuba gear and you can get your anchor back!

my waste of money was to get the roswell swivel racks. my experience with them was a waste of money. they broke after a short time of use, the dealer did take them back, but at a huge cut to me, as they were used. now we use the regular racks, we are happy.

Biggest waste for me was spending countless hours hiding and wiring in about 100 LEDs in my last boat. It looked cool, but I only used the on the water 1 time. Glad it was a cheap project, just time consuming.
