Wow. It's so roomy in here. We really need to do something with the place. About all I have on the agenda is some pop up cleats I never installed last summer and maybe add an amp.

Kaneboats, do you have any cleats at all now? I know that I just LOVE ours. I think the pop up cleats and the Z-Cargo are my two favorite options. I don't even know how I got along without them on the MC for so long.

Oh, I have to install the lights that Eliza won at the Tampa Jam...

Wow that was quick. I have to admit I didn't even notice it at first. I guess this means I have to start saving all my pennies for all the things I'm going to end up doing.

I wanted to thank everyone especially Ed G, for the help and suggestions. I also want to thank in advance all of you brave modifiers who undertake your projects while the rest of us wait to see if it works before we try it.

Thank You!

Nope. Not a single cleat. I have to tie up using the bow eye or wrapping on the tower. I picked some up last summer and never got out the drill. I'm going to try to do some nice photos for posterity if I ever get around to doing it.

Adsman,
GENIUS idea on the ballast set up.. How well does it drain?
Parts list? I have been contemplating an upgrade to gravity iv as shown on here by a couple of users, but that is genius. I have some extra bags I could probably put under the console to do this.

Fills and drains no problem. Keep in mind, you can fill with both valves open, but you have to switch the valves to empty each bag separately... good thing is you dont have to have to disconnect anything... it is slow though, since you are filling 2 bags with one pump.

PARTS:

FLEXPVC
(Measure to Length as needed... bought a 50FT roll for like $30-$40)
I got my flexpvc online http://www.flexpvc.com (since the supplier was local to me and it was BY FAR THE CHEAPEST OPTION)... i have seen it at Home Depot since i did this.... also, i guess you could get it from a dealer... but i would guess it would be real expensive...
NOTE: my first prototype i used that clear reinforced tubing (like this http://cracklecdn-e7.simplecdn.net/img/ibuystores/W400-H400-Bffffff/ALP/ALP0072.jpg ) instead of flexpvc, and kinking and collapsing during draining was a huge problem

SPLITTERS VALVES
Needed 2 garden hose splitters... had lots of metal ones at the Depot.... but went with Plastic.... http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51B9TJV4CWL._SL500_AA280_.jpg
cost a couple bucks

GARDEN HOSE "COUPLER"
Needed 4 Female connections and 2 Males.... cost a couple bucks
something like this http://images.hardwareandtools.com/P/1389006.jpg
note: the couplers came with plastic clamps, but i figured the stainless steel would give me the best ability to tighten down the flexpvc (since the flex pvc is way less flexible than garden hose)

HOSE CLAMPS
10 Stainless steel Hose Clamps... got a whole bag of them at the depot for cheap

FLY HIGH QUICK DISCONNECTS
4 Right Angle Quick Disconnects... got them from the local board shop.... coulda gotem cheaper online... think i paid like $5-7 bucks a piece

I also bought some plastic hose hangers to secure the ballast lines to the hull.... but I never got around to doing it and they dont get in the way as they are now...

thats it!

May i suggest that everyone who posts here starts a new thread instead of posting their mods into this thread. That will make it a lot easier two ways, searching and replying to certain topics. Replying here will only make it a nightmare of confusion.

Or as another suggestion, if someone starts a Ballast thread then we can all post up or ballast mods, or a thread for stereo mods, rack mods, etc.

Any other ideas?
