I have a question my moomba dealer wants to sell me a new 08 moomba mobius lsv loaded for 46,380. Then wants to give 3,385 discount . Total price will be 42,995. iam trading my boat in for 10,000 which will bring boat to 32,995.00. Would like to get some feed back on this price is this a ok deal or not. This boat is already a year 1/2 old. Does the base price of a mobius of 38,595.00 sound right plus extra. need help with this thank you.

Go to Boattrader.com or Onlyinboards.com and compare advertised prices with the deal you are being offered. Good luck! Sure hope you end up joining the Moomba family!

If you take your trade out of the equation (they can pencil wip this way) i think 43K is too high given the current status of the industry. Even loaded i am going in expecting to pay 39-40K. As i mentioned though if they are giving more on your trade to compensate then it is a different story.

Price sounds a little high to me also!!! But as the other person had mentioned, they might be putting some of the money from the trade into the price of the boat. It never hurts to put a call into another dealer to see what is out there!!!:cool: But as always, you still need a dealer that is reliable & has a great service department to service the boat when it needs it. ;);)

Price seems high to me as well. Work the boat up on the boat builder as an 09 and see how it compares. Also keep in mind that with current boat shows going on at the price you might be able to order an 09 with those options for less. The trade seems low as well. You should be able to do a bit better on a private sale if you don't mind dealing with people.

i have a price sheet for the 08 lsv. i have not looked at it for a year, but the figures you stated seems about what they were. i could send the the sheet to you if you like.

it may be too late, maybe you bought it already?
