Seams On Engine Cover Vinyl Are Coming Apart.

Does anyone know if these things are covered by the 2 year warranty. If not, what am I expecting to spend to correct the matter. It seems they used really cheap threads to mend these seams. Kinda disappointed. The cover looks ugly, looks like someone tried to rip it apart. Anyways. Help out. I'm in Sacramento CA. 06 XLV 325HP.....

All I can tell you is that on my 07 Outback we have an issue with our engine cover not the threads mind you but the vinyl itself, and it is being taken care of by my dealer under warrenty.
