ski school in Florida

I will be in Altamonte Florida at the end of April for 2 weeks. I am looking to get out and take some ski lessons. Not sure how often I will have access to a vehicle while down in Altamonte. So I am looking for a ski school that is fairly close. Also what do you think of trying a cable park is it worth the time.
