I'm getting my new outback next week. What is the going price for them? I know its a buyers market right now. What is the lowest you have seen/bought one? Thanks for any/all your input!!

Mine has the following options:

Snap-down cover
Heater
Appearance Package
Rad-a-cage Tower
Pattern E Gel Coat
Gravity I Ballast
Bow filler cushion

I bought it for $32,500 including 6% tax, registration, and trailer plates.

EDIT: My boat was also a custom order, not bought from dealer stock.

I ordered my and paid in May. Tower, galvanized trailer, cover, bimini, wake plate, and appearance package for $31.5K.
You can go to the boat builder page on this site and build/price the boat you are buying. I would expect to take some money off of that price for the time of the year. Without know the options, it would be hard to determine a price. It could vary from $29K to $39K.

Where are you located? Markets vary in pricing.

Seattle area. Moomba Outback w/ tower, stereo, full cover single axle trailer and sport package = $28652 plus tax/lic. Is this a good price? What is the sport package? Thanks

build the boat on moomba's website and put in the options that you have listed, you will see the MSRP, this does not include the delivery charge and setup charge from the dealer.
compare this to your price and you will see how much discount you have received from the dealer.

;)

p.s.there are 4 levels of audio, which one does it have? You mean appearance package right?

No it said sport package. I think it is a base level boat. Msrp is $34000

There is nothing in the Moomba option package called a "sport package". So as suggested go to the boat builder and build the boat as described by the dealer and see how the price is, really.

Yea, I'd take sled's advice here. But it does sound like you're doing OK.

Base price was @ $29K. Add a tower for $1600. The rest of the options can be covered by "boat show specials". So it would seem to me that you are saving about $2K. Provided the dealer isn't charging any extra, it is a good deal. You may find a better deal on a new boat, but I doubt that it will be much better. I have seen a couple of used 08s with asking prices higher (may have had different options).

good, I think:) I am either getting the outback or the mobius ls. What do you think about these prices:

2008 Outback - board racks, cd player w/ amp, logo cover, single axle trailer, tower - $28685 minus $2000 certificate

or

2008 Mobius ls - board racks, tower, cd player with amp, bow.cockpit covers, single axle trailer - $32550 minus $2000 certificate

Let me know what you think. He is going to demo me on Tuesday. Hopefully the certificate arrives by then so I can pull the trigger:)

Thanks for all your help/input!!!!!!

what is your primary sport?
If Slalom only, go with the Outback, if you like to wakeboard more, go with LS.
I had an OUtback and loved it, but wanted more wake, ballast, etc.

That is a pretty good deal on both.

If you get to test side by side I imagine you'll go for the LS
