I have a 2004 outback LSV with post factory installed ballast.
I have 450lb under bow seats. 400lb(i think) inder ski locker. And 750lb in each side rear compartment. I find if i fill them all up the wave breaks too easy unless i go about 23mph ( a little too quick for me). Should i only fill my rear sacs half way (400lbs each), or any other ideas.
Also, one more quick question. Is there a difference in the hull between the 2004 oblsv and the 2004 mobius LSV?

I have a 2004 mobius lsv and I believe that the hulls are the same.....

I have 600lbs in the ski locker and 2 250's in each rear compartment, and wake is decent for sure.....another 500 lbs in the floor (or some people) and it becomes monstrous. Do you have a wake plate? I usually ride with mine about half up, but you can play with it to make it to your liking. To me, with the wake plate all the way up, the wake is big but softer.......with it down, the wake is smaller and rampier but very firm....so I like it in the middle.

There was no Outback LSV in 2004. In 2006 Moomba introduced a new hull for the LSV. They kept the old LSV hull and renamed it the Outback V. It has remained unchanged until 2009. So the 2004 and 2005 LSV is the same boat as the 2006 - 2008 Outback V. Hope that helps.
