Jessie,

We call that a Captain Nemo!! and We shout "dive, dive dive!" I have actually seen MrsZ point the bow down disappear and pull it out but she did have a decent angle on the bow before she hit!

That's brutal.

Did you add the music to the video or was that playing during his ride?

The music was coming through the tower speakers. My wife always plays good tunes for us!!

After two or three of those in a weekend about a decade ago, I didn't touch the kneeboard again until this past weekend. What speed was that? It looked considerably faster than my liking!

We ride it the same as our wakeboards. Between 20.5 and 22 depending on the water conditions and amount of ballast. It seems like he was riding about 21 with 1350 lbs of ballast. We wear the helmets after I did a wake to wake 180 and the tail dug in and the nose smacked me in the head.....now that was painful!!!

I'm adding "another one bites the dust" to my ipod for when I attempt to wakeboard again this weekend. At least that will make me (and possibly others) laugh!

It must be a Pschycological thing, everytime we have an amazing wreck/wipeout it is always at the end of a song!!! I was looking through all of the crash videos I have saved and all of the really bad ones are at the end of a song!!! I may wait for a new song to start from now on...
