One of my ballast bags will not empty. The switch for that side does light up so I was wondering if the fuse could be bad. I can't hear the motor running at all, fill or drain. The boat is an 06 Mobius LSV. Where is the pump located? Is this hard to fix? Is it the pump, or the fuse? Where is the fuse located? Need a little help
