water leak on carpet in driver side rear locker

Hi All,

I have a 2007 Outback V and developed a wet spot in the right rear locker on the carpet in the back corner. I saw a post where someone mentioned the swim platform bolts, but this looks too low and closer to mid-rear to be up in the locker.

Also read something about a "hose leak on the expansion chamber risers at the gas tank".
